Less recreation garden, covering a total area of about 80 mu, is set according to the techniques of Chinese classical gardens. The location of hehuadang scenic spot used to belong to Gaoyou. Qin Guan, a famous writer and poet in the Northern Song Dynasty, was from Gaoyou county. Qin Guan has few words. He is appreciated by Su Shi and gets married with Su Shi's sister Su Xiaomei. Su Shi will personally visit him in Gaoyou every time he passes Yangzhou. They have traveled here many times by boat at night, carrying wine papers, reciting poems and Fu. The good sentence "the boat flute rises in the moon, the wind sets the pond, and the lotus is free to smell" has been sung to this day.
